SMC Software is pleased to announce the launching of their first real time Centralized Reservation System (CRS) for cruise port parking at VINCI Park’s Canada Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. Now cruise passengers can reserve and pre-pay for their parking space online, eliminating any worries about finding a space, or last minute delays prior to boarding.

“We’ve been providing affordable, white label, capacity controlled reservations software for airport parking operations all across the US for several years now, but VINCI Park in Vancouver is our first cruise port and as our first International client, as well, the first to utilize our Systems currency conversion element,” said Mike Harley, SMC president and COO. “Our company’s technology is as robust and sophisticated as anything found in the travel industry, but much more intuitive in its use for both our clients and their customers,” Harley added.

Canada Place is a mixed-use commercial facility, home to the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Pan Pacific Hotel, the World Trade Center Office Complex, and the Port Metro Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminal. With over 750 stalls, VINCI Park is the only ‘onsite’ facility for cruise ship guests and is able to offer safe and secure solutions for all your parking needs, from short term visitors to monthly parkers, hotel guests and event exhibitors.
