Self Storage
Smart Storage Concepts (SSC), a sister company of SMC, announced its entry into the self storage industry in early 2009. Let it be known that SSC launched the first CRS in the self storage industry. Seamlessly integrated into SMD Software's Sitelink property management system, SSC began working with Space Savers Storage and Budget Self Storage, both located throughout Tampa Bay, to introduce a real-time reservations environment for consumers and local area businesses to reserve 24X7.
In early 2012, SSC will re-launch a new internet marketing tool that will transform the self storage market place.

Auto Services
SMC entered the auto detailing market place in early 2012 by providing Metroshine Company with a white-label reservations system for their website. Today, parking garages, office buildings and many other entities are able to offer ancillary services as a value-added service to coincide with their primary business. Reservations are booked on a date and time in real-time via a capacity-controlled, yield management process.
Lodging
SMC is scheduled to enter the lodging industry in the first quarter of 2013.
