Management Team


Mayra I. Harley, CEO

Mayra I. Harley is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as Chief Architect of Software Design. She is responsible for setting the strategy and vision of the company as well as executing the strategy at every level in the organization to achieve that vision. As CEO, Mayra provides extensive technology expertise and brings significant experience in management and marketing. She has been a technology professional and marketing strategist for 19 years and brings 24 years of reservations experience. In 1994 she was instrumental in the design and development of a self-serve platform for hotels and attractions that were members of Convention and Visitors Bureaus, an industry first. Mayra then joined REZlink International where she served as President and lead its Research and Development efforts that produced an enterprise architecture/application framework to support a complete web-based centralized reservations system. Since 2003 Mayra has served in various strategic marketing and IT consulting roles in Business and IT Management, Systems Analysis and Design, Software QA, Business Process and Project Management. Mayra holds a BS in Technology Management and various certifications.


Michael J. Harley, President & COO


As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) , Michael ("Mike") J. Harley brings significant experience in operations management and business development. Mike has over twenty-five years of business and marketing experience focused on branding, franchising, reservations, internet technologies and call center operations in the travel industry. Mike spent twenty years at Avalon Global Group, where he was President/COO of Payless Car Rental and other subsidiary companies. Mr. Harley led an international team in building relationships with recognized vendors and strategic partners to maximize market penetration and franchisees ROI. Mike spearheaded and implemented Payless' first Central Reservations System (CRS) in 1984, and then later lead the creation of a web-centric CRS built on Oracle that was instrumental in developing the company's go-to-market strategy and early revenue partnerships with Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, and the travel agency community. In 2002, Mike formed Payless Parking and released the industry's first CRS which was later licensed to one of the largest airport parking operations in the U.S.
